S&B James Obtains LEED Gold Certification on Recently Completed Project

After competing against nearly 20 different contractors to design-build the new Kingsley Airfield Special Operations building, S&B James was awarded a fixed sum contract to design-build the US Air Force project. Specific LEED goals were established from the conception of the project and contractually S&B James was required to provide the United States Air Force with a LEED Silver Certifide building. Being committed to their customer’s goals, S&B James went above the contractual requirements by providing a LEED Gold Certified building having not lost any of the LEED points that they set out to achieve. Hard work and an experienced staff made this possible at no additional cost to their customer.
