Life Science Facility – H4 Lab Space Build-Out & Corridor TI

S+B James completed a renovation of a portion of warehouse space to accommodate a new energy testing facility. This included steel columns, metal equipment racks, a full-height partition wall, a concrete pad for a new cooling tower, and other miscellaneous improvements for a functioning facility. The Corridor TI work included alterations to correct code deficiencies resulting from the demolition performed under a prior tenant’s closure permit.
