Arthur Coleman Jr. Administrative Complex Renovations

This project entailed a light architectural renovation of an existing two-story office building which was constructed in 2005. The project area is approximately 38,000 square feet. The scope of construction work included: the removal of existing finishes and selective demolitions, construction of new walls (minor), new finishes, building accessories, signage, a new dais in the new board room, audio-visual systems, modifications to fire sprinklers, HVAC and electrical to accommodate the new floor plan, and a new data room. Existing systems got modified as needed, including fire sprinklers, fire alarms, HVAC, and lighting.
