Bay Eye Surgery Center

New construction of a single story, 3,295 square foot ambulatory eye surgery center in North Bend, Oregon. Building exterior consists of steel columns, heavy timber wood beams, self-performed exterior and interior wood framing, and painted exterior siding. Building interior features epoxy painted smooth wall finishes at the operating room, clean/soil utility rooms, and restrooms. This ambulatory care facility is designed for efficient use of space to provide easy patient access and privacy for optimally managed care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
