In Central Point, OR, we successfully completed the construction of an impressive 5,000 square foot, two-story wood-framed office. This modern workspace is designed with versatility in mind, boasting training rooms, collaborative meeting spaces, a kitchen for shared meals, and an array of office areas. Complementing this structure is a sprawling 18,750 square foot pre-engineered metal building, dedicated to warehouse operations and fleet maintenance. Inside, you’ll find a sign shop, ample storage for large vehicles and equipment, well-equipped locker rooms, and a substantial 11,250 square foot mezzanine that enhances the building’s functionality. This project embodies our commitment to creating dynamic and effective work environments.
