College of the Redwoods Creative Arts Building

This project consisted of new construction of five wood-framed buildings totaling 29,888 square-foot.

Phase 1 included the following buildings: Building 100 Arts/Ceramics, Building 200A Music, Building 300 Lecture Hall, Building 400 Faculty/Staff and Building 200B Digital Arts Studios.

Phase 2 of the project consisted of Final Completion of new buildings and the abatement/demolition of the existing Creative Arts Building.
