Crater High School Gymnasium MEP Upgrades & Seismic Rehab
The Crater High School Gymnasium Remodel Project involved comprehensive seismic and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) upgrades to a 44,000 square foot gymnasium, along with targeted improvements to the adjacent weight room building. Architectural renovations were primarily concentrated on the locker room and lobby levels of the main gymnasium.
Interior improvements on the locker room level included the reconfiguration of select spaces to enhance functionality and accessibility. Renovations to the boys’ and girls’ locker rooms featured updated restrooms to meet current accessibility standards, the addition of accessible showers and changing stalls, and new accessible drinking fountains located in the locker rooms, lobby, and upper-level corridor.
