Delta Dental Tenant Improvements

This nine-phase Design-Build project modernizes a 45,564-square-foot, two-story facility. The project began with the removal, upgrade, and installation of new UPS equipment both within the building and on the roof, ensuring reliable and efficient power systems. Once the UPS system was operational, the focus shifted to tenant improvements, including a full carpet replacement and fresh paint throughout both floors. Key renovations included upgrading the first-floor breakroom and adjacent areas, creating a refreshed seating area upstairs near the newly remodeled breakroom, and enhancing the open office space with updated flooring, paint, and new lighting. The project also involved modernizing the computer lab with improved flooring and finishes.
