Delta Dental Improvements

Upon initial scoping documents S+B James was brought on board for Architectural Design Assist and MEPF Design Build.  Project includes Tenant Improvements to the existing 75,000 SF building with open office spaces, break rooms, bathrooms, offices, training rooms, and conference rooms. All work was completed while the facility remained operational.
