Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria Office Building

The remodel of an existing office building completed in three phases. The first phase consists of a 5,000sf remodel of an existing office space to high end office space for the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria, remodel the existing 2,000 square-foot Lobby and 500 square-foot 2nd floor restrooms. The second phase consists of remodeling the 15,000 square-foot warehouse space. The third phase consists of remodeling 3 more office spaces totaling 15,000 square-foot and creating a vending/break room area for the Casino Operations Team.
