Greer Elementary School Modernization

This lease-leaseback modernization includes upgrades to the existing classrooms with new flooring, paint/wall covering, new electrical and data, rough carpentry and HVAC. A full remodel of existing boys and girls restrooms was completed with new tile, fixtures, new sewer tie-in, electrical and HVAC.
