This 8,000-square-foot transformation reimagines the former Daily Grill into the vibrant and modern Bistro 101, an elevated dining destination at Graton Resort & Casino. The newly designed space features a front dining room and sleek bar area that flows into the B-Side Lounge—an energetic music lounge complete with cozy booth seating, VIP areas, a performance stage, and an additional bar to enhance the guest experience.

A hidden gem within the remodel is the Speakeasy Bar and Lounge—a private retreat with its own dedicated bar and restroom facilities, offering an intimate and exclusive atmosphere for guests seeking a more personalized experience.
