The scope of work for this project included major tenant improvement renovation. Construction involved relocation of walls, new ceilings, re-working mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire sprinkler and lighting systems to configure the new layout of spaces and the relocation of restrooms. A new IT server room was installed to connect to the KP IT network.
