La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries

The La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries project in Phoenix, Oregon consisted of a 21,000 square foot retail building on a 1.72 acre site. The ground-up project required retention, storm drain, grading, horizontal control and more. In addition, it needed coordination with the Oregon Department of Transportation’s Hydraulic Engineer, Home Depot, and the City of Phoenix.
