Lighthouse Office Renovation & Addition

The Lighthouse renovation project transforms the existing building into a dynamic and modern facility by completely gutting it down to its pre-engineered metal frame and introducing an impressive second story. This comprehensive renovation will feature robust new footings and micro piles, heavy metal stud framing, enhanced shear walls, an advanced weather barrier system, and stylish exterior siding. We will also incorporate striking aluminum storefront windows and doors to elevate the building’s aesthetic and functionality. We also built a Guardhouse for safety and security, which can be remotely operated from the IT Director’s computer.

In addition to these exterior enhancements, the project will include a new elevator, structural and MEP upgrades, contemporary flooring, and innovative interior walls.

Upon completion, this expansive 31,000 square foot facility will be a hub for innovation, housing offices, cutting-edge multi-purpose rooms, fully equipped laboratories, and essential support spaces.
