Lithia Motors – Lexus of Sacramento

Project includes demolition and renovation of the existing show room, parts, service area and new vehicle delivery. Once complete, the 11,600 square-foot tenant improvement will have included reconfiguration of the old car show room and upgrades to the new car show room, parts, and service areas along with the expansion of the showroom area. Additional site upgrades include re-paving of the service drive area and EV additions.
