Marengo Ranch Elementary School

This project is campus wide with work on 12 buildings.  The scope for this project includes a complete exterior façade removal and replacement, replacement of exterior building lights, modernizations to restrooms, addition of restrooms in one building, fire and intrusion alarm upgrades, painting and dry rot replacement at portables, replacement of existing non-metal roofs, replace HVAC units, stripping and painting existing metal roofs.
