Mariemont Elementary School Modernization

Site wide modernization of existing buildings and interior spaces to include but not limited to re-roof; canopy dry-rot removal and replacement, HVAC & window replacement, interior and exterior paint, underground utilities and hard court play area removal and replacement. Work to six refurbished buildings used for interim housing will include site work, utilities, electrical/low voltage hook ups, and rework irrigation as needed. Providing exterior expanded metal security screens, ramp and handrail extensions, interior mini-blinds at all windows, protective guards around HVAC units, accessible room ID signage, and painted room number text on inside and outside faces of all doors.

During the course of construction our team was able to work with the District to re-sequence and accelerate phases of site-work that could be safely performed during the school year with no disruption to the school staff or students. This helped our team finish ahead of schedule and set us up for success during the summer phase of the project!
