Medford Navigation Center & Medical Respite

S+B James Construction successfully completed the renovation and build-out of an 18,000-square-foot Navigation Center at 685 Market Street. The project included dedicated spaces for bunk areas, family rooms, showers, restrooms, a commercial kitchen, and a dining area, along with office space. Extensive structural upgrades were made throughout both the shelter and office areas to enhance functionality and resilience. Additionally, the ground floor was remodeled to accommodate a medical respite area.
