Placer UHSD – Music Hall Modernization

S+B James completed a demolition of an existing library space, renovating it into a new music, choir, and teacher collaboration space. Renovation work included electrical and technology upgrades, lighting, new mechanical system and distribution, complete new interior finishes, wall and interior painting, carpet, acoustical ceilings, acoustic ceiling clouds, acoustic wall coverings and treatment, new IDF room, communications/data, audio visual, and fire alarm.
