Plumas District Hospital Skilled Nursing Facility

This project consists of a ground-up, 31,000-square-foot Skilled Nursing Facility in Quincy, CA. The design and construction of this project are driven by the two primary project goals: to meet the “needs of the community” and to provide residents with a “home-like environment in both function and aesthetics.” The Plumas SNF features a reimagined “bridge” which functions as a lobby, (4) nine bedroom pods each with one private room, dining café, kitchen, clinical space, and a Main Street which will be the central core of the facility and providing access to the outdoor spaces.
