Providence Medical Office Building

The Providence Health & Services medical building at Stewart Meadows Village includes urgent care and sports medicine with expansion space for future growth. The exterior design draws inspiration from the Old Mill District in Bend, OR. The design brings together traditional brick, concrete, heavy timber and metal typical in old mill towns with steel and glass. The glass and steel cylinder includes a rooftop section that changes color at different times of the year. Waiting areas within the cylinder provide a 180 degree view of the city to patients and visitors.

S+B James Construction was awarded one of the Daily Journal of Commerce’s 2018 TopProjects award for the Providence at Stewart Meadows project.
