The Providence Health & Services medical building at Stewart Meadows Village in South Medford is a specialty and urgent care center. The design of the building is reminiscent of the former KOGAP mill that covered the site for many decades. The building is constructed of brick and concrete, heavy timber supports on the fixed awnings and corrugated metal.
S+B James Construction was awarded one of the Daily Journal of Commerce’s 2018 TopProjects awards for the Providence at Stewart Meadows project.
