Quady North Winery Processing Facility
This 19,000 square-foot wine production facility, designed and built by S+B James, provides the ability to have a centralized headquarters for their own expanded Quady North operations along with continued support of other local wine production. The new facility incorporates a public commercial tasting room in the midst of the vineyard and operations where the grapes are harvested, crushes, processed, fermented, kegged, bottled, and packaged. Also included in the facility is an outdoor covered grape crushing work area, a large production/fermentation room, and three different high-pile barrel rooms for climate-controlled storage of the finished products in both boxes and wooden wine barrels.
