River Oaks Elementary School Modernization

S+B James worked on this LLB project and completed exterior façade repairs and painting. District standard HVAC controls were installed and integrated to a global panel allowing the facility to monitor both the new and existing HVAC from the maintenance office. New KEE Membrane Overlay was installed over existing cap sheet roofing.
