Rogue Credit Union selected S+B James Construction to deliver the largest expansion in the organization’s history through a design-build approach. The project created a major new administrative and support services campus in South Medford, providing Rogue Credit Union with modern office, training, call center, and employee amenities designed to support continued organizational growth.
The development includes two three-story office buildings totaling approximately 77,300 square feet. Together, the facilities serve as the administrative headquarters for Rogue Credit Union’s South Medford Support Services operations and provide flexible, high-performance workspaces for a wide range of departments and employees.
The northern building includes a fitness center, a large training room, conference rooms, private offices, open-office cubicle areas, and an employee break room. The southern building features additional administrative space along with a large conference room, auditorium, and spacious employee break room.
Technology and operational resilience were key components of the project. The state-of-the-art facility incorporates advanced audiovisual systems within the auditorium and training spaces, supporting presentations, employee development, and organization-wide communication. S+B James Construction also integrated critical backup power infrastructure, including a battery system capable of supporting the entire call center as well as generator backup to help maintain essential operations during power interruptions.
The surrounding site was developed to complement the new office campus and enhance the employee experience. Improvements include a landscaped courtyard and parking for more than 200 vehicles.
Through collaborative design-build delivery, S+B James Construction helped Rogue Credit Union create a modern, resilient, and highly functional corporate campus that brings administrative teams, training resources, employee amenities, and critical support operations together in one centralized South Medford location.
