Key scope elements include:

• Interior Upgrades: Replacement of floor coverings and new paint throughout campus buildings, as well as electrical improvements, including the replacement of electrical switchgear and upgrades to low-voltage and fire alarm systems across three buildings.
• Site Enhancements: Restored grass in the west playfield, installation of an electronic marquee at the street, and significant hardscape replacements to ensure a compliant path of travel throughout the campus.
• Accessibility Improvements: Reconfiguration of ADA accessibility in Parking Lot 01 and upgrades to landscaping, grass, and irrigation systems.
• Fencing and Security: Refurbishment and replacement of perimeter fencing and gates, including the installation of one-way motorized access gates for Staff Parking Lot 02.
