Scenic Middle School New Classroom Building, Seismic Rehab & MEP Upgrades

The Scenic Middle School campus upgrades were part of a Bond project that included campus-wide MEP upgrades, seismic upgrades, bathroom renovations, a new classroom building, and a new parking lot, along with campus site improvements. The project also incorporated Student Investment Funding (SIA) for additional work on the campus. Construction occurred over 2 years on the occupied campus and was multi-phased to minimize disruptions to classroom instruction and school functions.
