Scenic Middle School Addition, Seismic Rehab & MEP Upgrades

The upgrades at Scenic Middle School were part of a comprehensive Bond project aimed at enhancing the campus. This initiative included extensive improvements to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, seismic upgrades, bathroom renovations, the addition of a new parking lot, and the construction of extra classroom buildings. In addition, various enhancements were made throughout the campus. Funding from the Student Investment Act (SIA) also played a key role in supporting further improvements. Over the course of two years, the construction took place while the school remained occupied, and efforts were carefully coordinated to minimize disruptions to classroom learning and daily operations.
