Dignity Health – St. Joseph’s Medical Center Linac Room Renovation

Replacement of the existing LINAC machine in room IR20 and design/permit/ construct all physical plant changes and room changes supporting the current LINAC. Modification of the vault IR20 to accept a new LINAC machine; LINAC equipment removal and installation. The project includes OSHPD-required upgrades to the surrounding Changing Rooms, Nurse Station, Control Station, and Patient Toilet Room. The design-build team minimized the scope of the remodel work in the existing hospital to allow for a smooth transition and quick permit approval by OSHPD.
