Sutter Coast Hospital

S+B James Construction has been working with Sutter Coast Hospital for the past 7 years to upgrade the Sutter Coast Hospital. Our recent experience includes the following projects:

MOB Tenant Improvements – The project scope included combining two existing clinic spaces into a new OSHPD 3-compliant primary care clinic. The updated 4,428 square foot clinic now features 12 exam rooms and one treatment room. The scope of work included installing a new generator to power a new electrical panel and selected locations on both floors, wall framing, ceilings, and mechanical, plumbing, and electrical upgrades.

Sterile Processing Remodel – Two sterilizers and one washer were replaced, as well as a new treated water system, individual air compressors for each piece of equipment, and additional modifications.

AHU Replacement – This included replacing rooftop air handlers 6 and 7, constructing new platforms, and installing four roof-mounted exhaust fans. New ductwork was connected to the existing roof penetrations, and a new power source was provided for the air handlers.
