The Sutter Health Arden Care Center involves a complete renovation of a three-story, 70,000 SF office building into a multi-specialty outpatient medical facility. The scope includes a full gut remodel to house diagnostic imaging, urgent care, clinical labs, primary care, and specialty clinics such as dermatology, endocrinology, and allergy, with OSHPD-3 compliance required for select areas. The project supports Sutter Health’s Ambulatory Growth Strategy to expand community access to outpatient services.

Through the successful delivery of the Arden Care Center, Sutter Health advanced its broader strategy to improve patient access, reduce travel times, and provide timely care in a convenient outpatient setting.
