Tahoe Forest Hospital District – Sierra Center Tenant Improvement

This 21,932-square-foot interior remodel is designed to transform the facility into a comprehensive healthcare hub, providing services such as urgent care, retail pharmacy, lab draw, occupational health, community health, and wellness. The project includes a blend of commercial and B-licensed spaces, adhering to Non-OSHPD 3 standards.

In addition to the interior upgrades, the scope includes all-new MEPF infrastructure, featuring a new electrical system, emergency generator, and minor sitework improvements for ADA compliance. Exterior upgrades are limited to code-required enhancements and signage, while the interior design aligns with Tahoe Forest Health District’s branding and interior standards, ensuring a cohesive and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
