Tahoe Forest Hospital District – MOB Renovation

The MOB renovation project will provide tenant improvements to the entire second floor and suite of the third floor. The intention of the project is to create a single suite Rural Health Clinic “RHC” on the second floor of the MOB and a standalone RHC in Suite 360. The new Suite 360 will incorporate the current vacant areas of the existing suite and will have a layout that provides future connectivity and alignment with the existing Suite 310. The intention of the District would be to remodel Suite 340 at a later date to connect Suite 310 and Suite 360.
