Trinity Children’s Center and Child Development Lab

Design-build renovation of a hospital into a modern child development facility for the University, retaining the original 1940s building envelope while completely rebuilding the interior, exterior, and site. Our team demolished non-original additions, built a new wing, abated and renovated the existing structure to meet codes, and completed improvements including new play yards, parking, and walkways.
