Yes. In the past ten years, S+B James has constructed more than 40 pre-engineered metal buildings totaling over 1 million square feet. Our PEMB experience includes industrial, public works, warehouse, maintenance, operations, and commercial facilities. S+B James can self-perform PEMB erection and coordinate the building system with foundations, roofing, exterior envelopes, utilities, equipment, offices, mezzanines, and interior build-outs.
