How does S+B James manage safety and construction quality?

Safety and quality are company priorities supported by dedicated resources. S+B James has maintained an EMR below 1.0 for the past five years and currently has an EMR of 0.67. Our five-person full-time safety team supports project-specific safety planning, training, inspections, hazard prevention, and field leadership. S+B James also has a dedicated QA/QC Manager who supports pre-installation planning, mockups, first-work inspections, material verification, testing, commissioning coordination, documentation, punch, and closeout. S+B James has also completed Oregon OSHA’s five-year SHARP program.
