S+B James has a robust in-house preconstruction team that supports projects from early concept through construction. Services may include conceptual budgeting, milestone estimates, real-time cost planning, constructability reviews, value analysis, scheduling, logistics and phasing, subcontractor outreach, long-lead procurement, early bid packages, and risk analysis. Our goal is not simply to estimate the design, but to actively help manage the design to the owner’s budget and priorities.
