When should I contact S+B James about a project?

The earlier S+B James is involved, the more value we can provide. We regularly assist owners with feasibility, budgeting, site selection, delivery-method evaluation, scheduling, permitting, logistics, procurement, phasing, and risk planning before design is complete. A finished set of drawings is not required. We prefer to engage early so the project team can evaluate options before decisions become expensive or difficult to change.
